The normal boxes have wooden floors. Goods can although be nailed down.
On the overall length inside there are each 8 metallic loops (total 32 loops). With fixing straps you can tighten the goods.
The fixing straps are not in the container and must be bought by you for example in do-it-yourself shop.

Container identification

All containers have individual numbers consiting of 4 letters and 7 numbers.

Container weight

On the exterior of the container you have details of container weight (see pictures)
Net weight: the maximum weight you can load (payload)
Tare is the weight of empty container.
Net + Tare = maximum allowed weight.
The example on the picture shows: 29'280 kg+ 4'720 kg = 34 Tonnen
For this container you can load a volume of 67.3 m3.

Airing system of the container

Please verify that the airing systems isn't blocked. If it is blocked the air cannot circulate. In that case it condenses and the humidity can damage your goods.

Loading and fixing a car into a container

The fixing of the car must be done professionally. For the stowing of the car you need 8 woodenblocks. 4 woodenblocks have to be positioned behind each wheel, the remaining woodenblocks sidewise against the rime. You will have to nail down the woodenblocks on the floor. The buckle must be fixed between the wheels and axels on one side and the metallic loop. After having fixed the vehicle- verify that the batterie is disconnected and the tank is nearly empty.

Closing of the container after the loading

When the container is being positioned, the driver will hand over a seal to you with which you will finally close the container. To seal the container you will have to fix it on the right door of the container.
If you do not get a seal from the driver, don't worry! The driver will put it on when he collects the containers.
If the container remains on site during the night- put a padlock on it!
